The necessity of developing the Chicken Cat arose from critical challenges within the poultry industry: high financial losses caused by injuries during manual broiler catching, strict working environment regulations, and the rising cost of manual labor.

To solve these challenges, Chicken Cat was engineered with a clear focus on animal welfare, workplace safety, and high operational efficiency.

Gentle Handling & Modern Technology

The Chicken Cat is designed to make broiler catching as stress-free and efficient as possible.

• Animal Welfare First: The catching head utilizes counter-rotating drums fitted with long, flexible rubber fingers. These gently lift the broilers onto the conveyor system without causing stress or injury.
• Streamlined Operation: By replacing manual catching with automated precision, only three people are required to run the entire loading process (one operating the remote-controlled collector and two managing container filling).
• Versatility & Efficiency: With a capacity of handling 8,000 to 9,000 broilers per hour, the telescopic conveyor integrates seamlessly with major container systems, including Linco Load, Maxi Load, Stork System, Anglia Autoflow, and Larco.
